I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The oil change went fast and smooth. However, after I arrived home I noticed damage to the paint on my driver side door. An approximately 4x2 inch pi The oil change went fast and smooth. However, after I arrived home I noticed damage to the paint on my driver side door. An approximately 4x2 inch piece of paint is missing from the driver side door. I was relieved that the dealership took photos of the vehicle prior to the oil change and I sent in photos of the paint damage post oil change. Even with clear photo evidence of the paint being damage while it was in their possession, they so far have refused to take responsibility for the damage. More
