Riley Ing, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. In reviewing the driver's front door damage of the photo, you sent in comparison to the check in photos we take at the time of your vehicle being written up. We are finding pre-existing damage to that area of the driver's door. It appears that the damage area has gotten worse with the paint now peeling off, but it looks to be a compromised area. My apologies on this situation. Being a Courtesy Valued customer, I would like to see what we can do to help assist with the cost of paint repairs.
