We came in to look at and possibly test drive a used or new vehicle. At first, Steve Tongson got the keys for a car and indicated a test drive would be fine. He asked, “So what is your problem—why aren’t you buying?” and then proceeded to tell us he “didn’t have time to do test drives today.” This was confusing and unprofessional, especially since test driving is a normal part of the car-buying process. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have previously purchased two vehicles from this exact dealership, so this was not coming from someone “just looking.” His ignorant and disrespectful tone made us uncomfortable enough that we left. We were serious potential buyers, but his behavior ensured we will not do business here again. Very disappointing customer service. More

Good morning. I received the van. It was delivered on Saturday. I asked for no delivery after hours or weekends. I only received a text from the driver at around 1 I received the van. I only received a text from the driver at around 11 pm to let me know that it would be delivered the next day which was Saturday. After a brief inspection this morning, Monday there are a few concerns. I understand it is a used vehicle. The car fax shows clear and clean yet there is some more than obvious wiring issues. The seat is really shot out and the big dent on the bottom of the driver sliding door are all more than visible and very easy to point out. I am taking the vehicle to my local ford dealership tomorrow morning for a complete inspection. This is not very transparent or up front to me. Also no response after reaching out about these issues. I wish I could post images. More

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP The dealership kept insisting that I complete a review about my vehicle purchase in the days following the sale. I was hesitant because I wanted to give it some time to make sure they I complete a review about my vehicle purchase in the days following the sale. I was hesitant because I wanted to give it some time to make sure they corrected a discrepancy between the odometer mileage they listed and what was shown on the CarFax report. However, I was assured on August 5th by the salesman, Marco, and his manager that the issue had been escalated to the MVD and would be resolved within a week. It’s now September 24th—one day before the temporary title expires—and the issue is still unresolved. The MVD has confirmed that nothing has been done and that the vehicle is still under the previous owner’s name. I ended up completing the review, which I now regret, and I’m trying to figure out how to remove it. They were helpful and friendly—up until the day I made the purchase. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact the salesman and their financing department, with no success. I’m repeatedly told someone will call me back, but no one has. Today, I spoke with another salesman named Steve and asked for the name and contact information of someone above Marco. He was rude and started shouting, telling me he couldn’t provide that information and that I had to go through Marco—who continues to be unhelpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They’re only nice until you sign the papers. If you have any issues or concerns afterward, you’ll be ignored or treated poorly. More
