Good morning. I received the van. It was delivered on Saturday. I asked for no delivery after hours or weekends. I only received a text from the driver at around 1 I received the van. I only received a text from the driver at around 11 pm to let me know that it would be delivered the next day which was Saturday. After a brief inspection this morning, Monday there are a few concerns. I understand it is a used vehicle. The car fax shows clear and clean yet there is some more than obvious wiring issues. The seat is really shot out and the big dent on the bottom of the driver sliding door are all more than visible and very easy to point out. I am taking the vehicle to my local ford dealership tomorrow morning for a complete inspection. This is not very transparent or up front to me. Also no response after reaching out about these issues. I wish I could post images. More

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP The dealership kept insisting that I complete a review about my vehicle purchase in the days following the sale. I was hesitant because I wanted to give it some time to make sure they I complete a review about my vehicle purchase in the days following the sale. I was hesitant because I wanted to give it some time to make sure they corrected a discrepancy between the odometer mileage they listed and what was shown on the CarFax report. However, I was assured on August 5th by the salesman, Marco, and his manager that the issue had been escalated to the MVD and would be resolved within a week. It’s now September 24th—one day before the temporary title expires—and the issue is still unresolved. The MVD has confirmed that nothing has been done and that the vehicle is still under the previous owner’s name. I ended up completing the review, which I now regret, and I’m trying to figure out how to remove it. They were helpful and friendly—up until the day I made the purchase. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact the salesman and their financing department, with no success. I’m repeatedly told someone will call me back, but no one has. Today, I spoke with another salesman named Steve and asked for the name and contact information of someone above Marco. He was rude and started shouting, telling me he couldn’t provide that information and that I had to go through Marco—who continues to be unhelpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They’re only nice until you sign the papers. If you have any issues or concerns afterward, you’ll be ignored or treated poorly. More

We bought a used car from Bell Road Mitsubishi and were looking forward to a seamless purchase after a series of difficult encounters with private sellers. Unfortunately, our experience with the dealership was also disappointing. * Initial Purchase: The car appeared to be in good condition, and we were prepared for minor, typical used car issues. * Post-Purchase Problems: We were forced to spend several thousand dollars on immediate, critical repairs (not engine or transmission related which is the only guarantee they provide). These were not minor fixes; they were issues that would have quickly led to more extensive damage if we hadn't addressed them. * Overall Value: The unexpected repairs meant the final cost of the car significantly exceeded its actual value. * Conclusion: While we now have a reliable vehicle, the added expense and hassle were frustrating. We feel these problems should have been disclosed and fixed by the dealer before the sale. We will not be returning to Bell Road Mitsubishi for future purchases. More
