When it was time for me to turn my lease in I was very hesitant about going through them again. Steve (the manager) was aware of our previous experience and made an effort to give us a better experience this time. I was willing to give it one more try. Vincent was assigned to us and let me tell you it was the best experience I ever had with buying a new car. He was not pushy at all but was very helpful and informative. He was very easy to work with and he made the process very painless. I hope he is there when my new lease is up in 3 years! More
