Each visit has been good. There is one unresolved issue with my Buick. The kick to open rear hatch feature usually does not work. Sometimes the projected lighsdt doesn't even come on. They thought thely had it last visit - seemed to work - but not for long. I'll make anothler appointment soon. More

Overall good experience - answered all questions and were very clear in detailing the pricing. I would have liked more details on features, etc. after the purchase - still figuring out how to use some key f very clear in detailing the pricing. And once I mentioned I was purchasing with cash, felt like tone shifted and less push to offer incentives/add-ons. Also, scheduled my pick up the next morning and still had to wait over an hour for them to finishing detailing the truck once I arrived. Otherwise, great customer service and willingness to answer questions (just wish they would have offered up more of a walkthrough on features). Thanks! More
