Customer service is top notch. I dealt with Kim via email who was always quick to respond. When I went in I met with Sean Brand who was amazing. I came in late in the day after driving over an hour and he got me in and out in under 2 hours. I didn’t feel like I was just a number here. He was thorough, efficient, personable, and all around a great salesman. Very transparent. I then met with finance manager Valerie who was just as good as Sean was. You can tell people enjoy what they do at Freehold Subaru. I will most definitely use them again. More

Been looking for a car now for about 6 months now off and on. My honda cr-v was 16 year old and it was getting there. Feeling unsafe. Been looking for an outback as my first choice of cars and it always seemed put of reach. Then i came to freehold subaru. I met Sean and with no pressure i was able to look at the subaru. It was still too high for me to get and he understood that and didnt pressure me to buy anything he even offered to help find me something in my price range but alas still couldnt find one. I left that day and just kept thinking about the outback he showed me. And i knew i had to come back for it. Without hesitation, even on his short day and him not being in the office he gave me the most attentive servixe and helped me out with all my questions even before he had to go to work. Ended up buying the car the next day and havent regretted it. Thank you freehold subaru, especially sean. You made my buying experience easy.. thats why i chose you guys.. More

They pretty much did everything right. I was greeted right away outside and directed to where I needed to go. I was again immediately greeted inside, and the car I had arranged to test dri I was greeted right away outside and directed to where I needed to go. Due to Covid 19 concerns as a senior, my first contact with the dealer was internet sales. All requested information was provided regarding my interest in the 2021 Forester Touring model.
