Hands down love my new BMW X3 and everyone at the dealership was so nice and easy to work with. Brett was very patient with us and is now an expert with the parking assist feature I wanted to add to dealership was so nice and easy to work with. Brett was very patient with us and is now an expert with the parking assist feature I wanted to add to my car. Brett wasn’t pushy at all and listened to what I wanted in a car. Once the car came in, he walked us through how to use all the different features and screens and of course the parking assist is awesome. I was scared at first but it was very easy and I know will come in handy. 5 star customer service and I will be be a BMW customer for life because of Brett, Stephen Veros and Brad Davis. They were all wonderful to work with and highly recommend BMW of Columbia. More

He stayed with me throughout the whole process- even the financing- as it was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I trusted him to help me out! I was a little nervous because I'd heard some sale This was my first time buying a car on my own and I am happy to say it was an excellent experience. I was a little nervous because I'd heard some salespeople use hard-sell tactics, or try to trick people into buying things they don't need. Plus, I walked in alone (without my husband) and although that shouldn't make a difference, I was nervous that it might. Josh Grantham was the salesperson who I worked with and he was professional, courteous, helpful, and willing to answer all of my questions. He let me test drive a couple of different cars since I wasn't 100% which model I wanted. When I found one I liked, he took lots of time with me explaining the various features of the car and even encouraged me to drive it for another day to make sure! When it came time to actually purchase the car and deal with my trade-in, Josh introduced me to Steve Veros, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were both fair and honest in taking me through the process, explaining the details of how things work, and what they were willing to offer. As a woman, I often feel condescended to when I walk into a male-dominated business like a car dealership, but I am so glad to say that was absolutely not the case here. I was treated with respect, honesty, and fairness - which is the best you can hope for when making an important purchase like a car. We settled on a fair price and then the process of payment and paperwork went quickly and smoothly. Adam Miller in finance went through the necessary details quickly - it was all easier and faster than I thought it would be! I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends- and Josh Grantham in particular. More

Respectful, friendly, and service oriented I have been the proud owner of a 2004 525i that has served me well, in part due to the fantastic service offered under service manager Kevin Kite and I have been the proud owner of a 2004 525i that has served me well, in part due to the fantastic service offered under service manager Kevin Kite and his advisors and technicians. Recently, I scheduled service to coincide with a promotion in which a teddy bear was given away with a test drive. We had previously worked with Brett Cloon in purchasing a Z4, and I have been looking to acquire a vehicle with lesser miles and years. This teddy bear cost me five figures but came with a free Jaguar XF that I had looked at online for a couple of days. Brett gladly offered to test drive the vehicle with myself and my wife, and to be honest, the vehicle made Brett's job easy, it sold itself. However, I cannot speak highly enough of Brett; he was courteous, not pushy in the slightest. He clearly demonstrated his interest in ensuring our satisfaction in the car, and its value and meeting our needs. I have a philosophy of walking away from a dealership twice to see how much they are willing to deal on a vehicle, but when my wife said "this is a nice car," it was clear I was buying this car. It was a low mileage car, but a few small details needed to be tended to. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry, so Brett had time to attend to every request I had. Needless to say, I felt like I was driving a new car off the lot, and was treated as such. We have been working with BMW of Columbia for about three years now, so we know several of the employees, and it was nice to share the joy of buying a prestigious car with a friendly group. Russ Berry always stops by and talks with my wife and I, sharing a fun story, or a tour of the service bay and a chance to admire his motorcycle; Kevin Kite has been a friend from way back in the days of Columbia Athletic Club and shares his infectious smile readily; John and Tony - service advisors always make sure to say hello and share a few moments of their time when available; and Steve Veros has made clear efforts to check with us on our level of satisfaction with his crew. The facility is a beautiful building with a gorgeous display of new BMWs of course, but also a few other premier cars. One day there was a nice Rolls Royce in the bay (didn't buy that of course). We enjoy stopping by, enjoying a cup of coffee and a savory if we have service planned, or now I will be getting my car washed more regularly of course. A stop by this dealership is like being a kid in a candy store (with its own video game room). I cannot thank BMW enough for the great service I have enjoyed in the past, and a truly enjoyable purchasing experience made all the better by the exemplary customer service offered by Brett Cloon. Oh, and lest I forget, even the finance experience was pleasant. We bought outright with no financing, but Brad Davis was a friendly gentleman. Can't remember the last time I left a finance office thinking "that was a nice guy." More
