As we were already familiar with the brand and model (owned 2 previous MDX's from this dealership in the past) Steve showed us what ws new since our latest purchase. He faciliated a good deal on price and trade in and we bought on the spot. They made arrangements for insurance and financing and we picked up our new car later that day.
