Superb in every aspect I have some experience in bargaining for a new (leased) vehicle. After getting to know Steve and his dealership, I need no other dealers. He does give you the best price there is- I did my reaserch. Steve keeps his word, always (!) picks up his phone, even after hours, sends reminders, confirmations. Emailing or texting? No problem. You only go see him once- to pick up your car. Paperwork is ready, everything explained, and while you are signing the documents, the plates are taken off your old car. 30 minutes later you drive off in your new car. Steve and his team are extremely friendly, nice sence of humor, very efficient and knowlagable, and, most importantly, honest. He doesn't lie, he gives you information the way it is. He knows his cars, he knows his business, he knows the process. We have leased two and a half cars from him at this point. The half car was the lease that didn't work out, although we went trough the whole process, but the car was damaged when Steve went to pick it up. Bottom line - give Steve a call, you won't regret it. I.am , most definitely, never going to a different dealership ever again, and most definitely recommend Xclusive Auto Leasing to anyone. More
