2020 Sonata SEL Plus. Waited eight weeks for an appointment. Was told they needed to order a part for a known problem that I told them about before the appointment. They s Waited eight weeks for an appointment. Was told they needed to order a part for a known problem that I told them about before the appointment. They said the part would be in in one week but I had to wait another eight weeks for another appointment. I don't think I should have had to go to the end of the line. On the second visit they determined that the only problem was a loose wire, and no new part was needed. Why didn't they figure this out on the first visit? There were also billing/ warranty issues that had to be resolved. They also failed to discuss issues that came up during their inspection. More

I have come to Zimbrick east for over 10 years to have my Sonata serviced because I have always received excellent service, professional advisors who were NOT trying to upsell unneeded work or parts, and pol Sonata serviced because I have always received excellent service, professional advisors who were NOT trying to upsell unneeded work or parts, and polite and friendly staff. I realize the dealership may cost a little bit more but I value knowing that someone who specializes in my car is taking care of it. More

All of the consultant staff were friendly and helpful but my problem was not fixed. Unfortunately, the Service Manager was very unpleasant and rude. It really is disappointing when Hyundai doesn't even foll my problem was not fixed. Unfortunately, the Service Manager was very unpleasant and rude.
