They are not looking out for your best interest they only decide to fix what they want to fix and if there is something they missed they don’t take any ownership about it. I’m extremely disappointed in how they handled my car and how I was treated as a customer. One would think after putting as much money as I did into the repairs that I would get a completely working car but that is just not the case with Ford in Port Richey. More

My Ford has never been anywhere else to be serviced and never will be . My Ford looks like it rolled off the showroom floor and the upkeep from Ford is top notch . They pulled it up on their computer and it said it was done in Aug purchased vehicle in the end of November. Car fax said there was only one owner so it set on their lot since Aug ?? Thought that was odd.. Over 3 hour wait with an appointment to get oil changed very disappointed in service More
