I had my service scheduled for 440pm for my 2015 ford escape, upon arrival my service advisor had alre They dont have a low enough scale to rate them. I had my service scheduled for 440pm for my 2015 ford escape, upon arrival my service advisor had already left and no one confronted me for 20 minutes. Assistant manager helped me to get the car in for the oil change and a/c check up. Then before the car was finished, he left for the day without informing me of anything. I had to initiate the contact with another person to get help and was told they need to keep the car until tomorrow. Then I was told that my 3 year old battery was no good because of some corrosion on the terminal and of course they wanted to sell me a new one. Finally, the next day when I came in pick up my car, they had charged my credit card for $679 on someone else's invoice. WORSE experience ever. PLEASE USE ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER FOR YOUR VEHICLE More
