F250 platinum I had a Fed ex truck destroy my mirror. Called flammer who I have done there service center. And they wanted me to pre pay for the mirror I tried to p I had a Fed ex truck destroy my mirror. Called flammer who I have done there service center. And they wanted me to pre pay for the mirror I tried to pay with a card and that was not good enough. Steve the service manager ordered it with in 10 minutes of the 4 o'clock window and it was there and installed same day. Don’t waste time making an appointment! Made an appointment for 7AM arrived 6:45 AM checked in with service manager, went into waiting room. I was the first and only one at 7 no other customer was there, yes I was upset, called for manager he said he was sorry, and they would complete the service at no cost to me.
