Now five years later, we would never even consider taking them anywhere else. I luckily found Steve quite by accident as I wandered into the Service Department looking to have the Track Key activated on my BOSS 302 about a week after purchasing it. I was quickly told "Go see Steve. He is our High Performance Guy". Truer words were never spoken and now he faithfully takes care of our small fleet of vehicles. If honesty, courtesy, professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine love of cars are traits that you seek in a Service Advisor - then go see Steve. He's your guy. More

When Steve makes an appointment for you he is always on time and warns you if the task will take quite sometime and you shouldn't to prevent you from sitting around wasting your time waiting for it to finish.
