A friend recently purchased a vehicle from Vernon Auto Group and raved about their service. After a quick scan of their superbly designed website, we fell in love with a Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. A call to Vernon introduced us to Adrian and Steve who took great care of us and made sure we were buying the right vehicle for our needs. From installing a tow hitch, checking on the trailer brake controller, arranging transportation to Georgia and finalizing vehicle taxes and registration; my wife and I barely lifted a finger. The entire process; from initial call to delivery, took 4 days. We highly recommend Adrian, Steve and Vernon Auto Group and I plan to reach out to them when we need another vehicle. More

We spent quite a bit of time dealing with a few dealerships and it was such a pain I almost decided to stay in the vehicle I already had (which was 10 years old!). We could never get a straight answer out of anybody for anything...from price, their bottom dollar, interest rates used in payments that were being calculated, etc. Then I stumbled on the perfect vehicle at the right price online at Vernon Auto Group. I saw they had great reviews, so thought it might be worth the phone call. Vernon Auto Group was a pleasure to do business with. Ashley and Steve were very professional and very friendly. The transaction for our vehicle was the best and easiest transaction we've ever had when buying a car. It was quite a drive to pick up our vehicle, but was definitely worth the time and effort considering how seamless they made it for us. There was no high pressure sales, "shadiness", or trying to bury additional costs in paperwork. Anything that was questioned was answered in a very forthcoming way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new/used car. More

I went into look at vehicle thinking I was just going to look. I liked it and asked about if they still would give same deal and he already had the deal on paper that we agreed upon. I ended up buying it that morning. My husband and I both were very impressed with the honesty. Steve was very friendly and helpful also, making sure car was detailed and ready as soon as possible.
