There were a couple of hiccups, not my or his fault, but the end result was great. As an informed internet shopper I dealt with many dealerships in my search and VAG was one of a handful that knew how to and weren't afraid of doing a deal sight unseen- plus they had better pricing and trade in values. Besides the long drive and Oklahoma toll road fees, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. More

We purchased a 2012 expedition thru the Vernon Auto Group and Steve Ybarra was the salesman that we dealt with. We met Steve and he made us feel "at home" and we just felt comfortable. We looked at the vehicle that were wanting to purchase and Steve showed us some of the features on it. Thru the whole process we felt like we were his most important customer and the whole process just went so smooth with Steve and also Megan who processed our paper work. I love my new 2012 Expedition it is everything we wanted and we felt we were dealt with fairly and honestly. That is a big plus in this day and age. Only possible complaint on that end would be that the miles exceeded 100,000 and we were not told until we signed the papers that if we chose a vehicle with mileage under that mark- there would have been some type of warranty pkg that covered 3 major areas.
