For 2 years I have called this dealership about new and used vehicles. Everyone has been helpful and plesant. I just purchased a 2006 F250. I have been looking for 9 months for a nice used pickup for my used vehicles. Everyone has been helpful and plesant. I just purchased a 2006 F250. I have been looking for 9 months for a nice used pickup for my farm. The pictures showed a nice pickup so I purchased it without seeing it in person since I live 300 miles from Vernon. I met a rep half way and the pickup was ever nicer than represented. Steve Yabarra was great to deal with and the Vernon dealing was painless. They didn't try to sell add on xx after the deal. Straight forward, plain business, bottom line dealing, and honest. Even the delivery drivers were very nice guys to deal with as well. I definatly will consider Vernon Auto Group again when I need a Ford. We now have 11 Fords! More

Steve was an excellent sales person, the vehicle we liked had the keys left in it overnight and could not be found neither could the spare. Steve searched relentlessly all awhile reassuring us that we were a had the keys left in it overnight and could not be found neither could the spare. He located the keys only to find out that the vehicle had a dead battery and was low on fuel, even though this was getting frustrating Steve's professionalism made it tolerable. Steve jumped the battery and got us some gas making sure we could drive this vehicle. Steve was concerned so he had the battery replaced, it would have been easy for us to leave due to the mounting problems but even though we weren't his only customers, Steve made sure to accommodate us fully and ultimately lead to us purchasing the vehicle. The sales experience was great, the service department on the other hand was less. We had the financing and paperwork completed in less than two hours. The vehicle sat in the back waiting to get detailed for over three hrs consuming most of our day. Steve kept inquiring on the hold up and eventually got the process expedited. Like I said the sales staff was outstanding but I would not recommend the service department. More

I spent more than two weeks looking for my dream car (a Mustang GT) and after narrowing it down to two specific cars, I decided to make the call and get some more information! The other sales rep at the other dealership didn't seem like one. He was all short talk! I couldn't believe it. It got to the point to were I called three times just to get a hold of some one and get some further details about the vehicle... even then, all I got were yes and no responses! That's when I decided to give up on them and make the call to Vernon Auto Group. This was my first vehicle purchase but they made it a very easy choice for me! Thank you Steve Ybarra and everyone at the dealership! You guys were so professional and very helpful. They made my 5hr drive well worth it! I would DEFINITELY recommend Vernon Auto Group! More

I traveled from OKC to this dealership and it was certainly worth the effort. I really liked the haggle free prices (even though I still tried to negotiate) and transparency of the dealership. I can only say positive remarks about Steve Ybarro and the staff at Vernon Auto Group that helped me purchase my new Dodge Ram 1500. I initially saw it on EBAY and when it didn't meet the reserve I called the staff at Vernon Auto Group that helped me purchase my new Dodge Ram 1500. I initially saw it on EBAY and when it didn't meet the reserve I called the dealership. Steve was very forth coming with all information and answered all my question without hesitation. He was patient and very personable on the phone. He gave the price and was honest on how they come with their pricing, a completely fair price that I was amazed with. Once I decided to purchase the truck, Steve went the extra mile to call me on his cell while walking around the vehicle and indicated any and all issues that could be of concern. When my husband picked up the truck and realized spacers were needed for the tires, Steve and Vernon ensured it was taken care of at no extra cost. Everything was great at Vernon auto group. Steve was helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is they could have come off price a little more. I looked at there mark up on my pickup I traded helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is they could have come off price a little more. I looked at there mark up on my pickup I traded with, and I have gotten some better deals. That being said the deal I got was not bad just a little more than I've gotten before. The price they gave me on my trade in was right on for blue book values, and I appreciate that. I will probably return to Vernon auto group in the future to look for a vehicle.
