Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, down-to-earth and patient. He worked with me on trading in my old car for a new one and it was fate how it all came together! When I first came into Russ Darrow Kia for service on my old vehicle, Steve was the first person to introduce himself to me and made me feel very confident in how he can help if I want to get rid of my old vehicle. Well, two months later I was back with more issues (unrelated to the initial problem they resolved) and Steve was highly recommended by the service manager Joe (who is also incredible) to work with him. Steve handled my situation with care and transparency, and I wasn't in the best situation financially, but Steve informed me not to worry that his manager can make the impossible possible and so they have! I traded in my old beat up 2017 kia and drove off in a new 2022 Kia GT with little money down and their unwavering support. I highly recommend working with Steve when you come to Russ Darrow Kia. He's smart, humble, and really loves what he does and is honest but he doesn't quit and because of that I was able to finally have a safe car to drive moving forward. More
