Terrible customer service from the Biller/Title Clerk. They were supposed to hold my plates and front license plate mounting bracket for pickup when they came in. I received an email stating that the plates would be mailed. I responded to the email and called Beth Ritz. She was not helpful at all. When I explained what had been previously arranged, she became angry and said she was not there during the sale. She then hung up on me. The sales and financing processes were fine but my experience with the plates was extremely negative. I would not recommend this dealer based on my experience with Beth Ritz. More

Autohaus BMW of St. Louis was a great dealership to work with. Steve Zitko was my sales person and he did an amazing job, I had a number of questions, requested additional photos and Steve was very responsive with every request. The car was in perfect condition as promised, and Steve made sure that both the car and transaction were 100% ready to go when we arrived. The transaction was super easy and we were on our way in less than one hour. The post-sale was also seamless, there were a few follow ups and Steve handled everyone in a very timely manner. Thank you Steve for making the experience so easy, I love my new car, it is so much fun to drive! If you're thinking about purchasing a car from Autohaus, even if you have to fly in to pick it up, don't hesitate to work with Steve - he's a true professional! More

From the time showing up to finishing the paperwork, it was maybe 30 minutes. Finally, DeAnna G., the BMW Genius, walked me through the car's nitty gritty details.
