It takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. Then I had to wait 2 hours to get the safety and emission test along with a battery registration ( which seems like it should not be necessary $100). When they were done I had to have them go find my car. You are now charging 2% additional for me to use my credit card. Therefore your poor rating. More

Always have a great experience at this dealership. I've been to other BMW dealerships in the area but have not experienced the same level of service. They are my preferred service provider even with I've been to other BMW dealerships in the area but have not experienced the same level of service. They are my preferred service provider even with having to drive an hour to get there. They address my concerns and don't push services I don't want or need. I can't say the same for the service dept at other dealerships. More

I purchased my BMW a couple of years ago and we have had the best experience since with servicing my vehicle. They are very accommodating and send texts providing updates while they have my BMW.
