All of the Starling staff were Excellent to work with; from first contact with Steve, thru Jonathan and Juan on pick up day, all knew their jobs and made it a great experience. Jonathan especially went above and beyond both during and since with follow up questions and requests. And Steve is the only GSM in 5 GMC buying experiences that made it easy and enjoyable. Daniel was very professional/knowledgeable about available products, but not overwhelming or hi pressure. Even Nate played a part by taking an incoming call and being aware of my sale and situation, and saved the day by getting my driver to return with my phone. All in all a truly enjoyable experience.
