A few years ago, I decided to move away from the traditional dealership model and stick with direct-to-consumer brands like Tesla and Rivian. Shannon’s personable, family-oriented approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She kept me informed through every step—both before and after the purchase—ensuring I was comfortable and happy with my decision. Even after the sale, the service continued to impress. When I had a poor experience at a local dealership regarding a simple software update, Shannon once again stepped in. This is not only my first GM vehicle, but also my first experience with Starling GMC, and I can confidently say they’ve changed my perspective on traditional dealerships.
