I found a car online that I had been looking for. Called in to check availability and confirm pricing. When I went in they tried to increase the price by $3000 with absolute crap reasoning. Saying that they added things to the car, annti-theft, another warranty (even though the car still had the original warranty), etc. When I told them I didn’t want any of those additions, they said they had already added to the car. Obviously I knew that was not legitimate. I’m a 23, female and knew they were trying to take advantage. The additional $3000 that was not listed on the website or mentioned on the phone, pushed the car out of price range and so I was prepared to just walk away, when I said that, some how all the “additions” they put on immediately went away and they dropped the entire $3000. I left with the car because it was the car I had been looking for and happened to be on their lot, not because they were good or trustworthy sales people. Will not ever go back or recommend this dealership. More
