My Sales Experience with Steven Bailey I was very impressed when I drove up to the dealership and was greeted warmly by two men outside. I told them I had an appointment with Steven and they took me directly to him. We test drove a RAV4 Hybrid and as I was driving, he explained different features with great knowledge and in language that was easy to understand. Then began the leasing/sales process which went very smoothly and before long my new Pearl White RAV4 was ready for me to drive home. But he didn't stop there. He went to the car with me, set up my phone, and showed me many other features, plus made an appointment for my first service several months out. I was greatly impressed with his abilities and the way I was treated. He is an asset to the dealership. More

Great experience, again! I recently purchased a vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota for the second time. The second experience was better than the first which was excellent. Steven Bailey, greeted me at the curb, asked me what I was looking forward and evaluated what I was currently driving. All in about 10-minutes. Another 10-minutes later, Steven came back with four sets of keys, vehicles he thought would be of interest to me. He hit the nail on the head. After a test drive which included taking the car home for awhile, I was back dealing and just an amazing hour or so later, I was leaving with my new RAV4 hybrid. Steven Bailey's salesmanship was superb without any sales pressures. And once I made a decision, Wilsonvillle Toyta had me out of the dealership in record time!
