I grew up in Newberg. Was active in the community with Boy Scouts and am proud to say I'm an Eagle Scout. I've always loved to go out camping with my Fiance and our Australian Shepard. I got into sales during my time I worked at Fry's Electronics before coming to work at Wilsonville Toyota in 2013. I have a customer first approach and want to provide the easiest, best experience possible. I believe that we have the best process for providing just that with a simple pre negotiated best price practice and our 1 person process allows me to ensure that I'm personally providing you with a great experience from the beginning of the sale through to the end.

Super knowledge of the autos Steven was very tuned in to what we wanted and needed for a replacement vehicle of our old one. He was very patient in showing us all the operating features of the Prius Prime. We were not very educated about hybrids and plug-ins when we came shopping. Steven took the time to explain all the differences between EV, Hybrid, Eco, etc. He even programmed our phones into the Entune system. Great person to deal with! More

This was my first visit to Wilsonville Toyota, and I’ll highly recommend it to my friends and family. No Bull!! Steven was my “guy”. We took a drive. He answered all my questions, and then some. Very knowledgeable about his product. Steven was very responsive to my questions and concerns at every step along the process. Hey! He even drove my new truck home to my house for me so I wouldn’t have to take the 15 mike drive again. (I didn’t have a trade-in). Wait, there’s more. I got a doughnut and coffee while were completing the paperwork. In the market for a different vehicle? Wilsonville Toyota and Steven Bailey get my endorsement. More

We wanted to sell our old car not trade it in but he didn’t bug us too much until we did sell it and then he got us the car we wanted right away! He took extra time to go over the papers twice. He didn’t promise things he couldn’t deliver or tell us things he didn’t know. I’m happy we dealt with him. More
