After me sharing my love for my FRS but that here in Oregon it didn’t make sense for the rain and snow, he showed me a Tacoma and it was like he READ MY MIND! This gorgeous beauty was Cement color, 4x4, and manual! After a test drive I was SOLD! He was beyond kind and so helpful with all my silly questions. I have never had a better experience in my life. My Sales Experience with Steven Bailey I was very impressed when I drove up to the dealership and was greeted warmly by two men outside. I told them I had an appointment with Steven and th I was very impressed when I drove up to the dealership and was greeted warmly by two men outside. I told them I had an appointment with Steven and they took me directly to him. We test drove a RAV4 Hybrid and as I was driving, he explained different features with great knowledge and in language that was easy to understand. Then began the leasing/sales process which went very smoothly and before long my new Pearl White RAV4 was ready for me to drive home. But he didn't stop there. He went to the car with me, set up my phone, and showed me many other features, plus made an appointment for my first service several months out. I was greatly impressed with his abilities and the way I was treated. He is an asset to the dealership. More
