We bought used last year, and were in the market for a new car after taxes got paid this spring. We came in to try out several different cars to see what fit our needs, and with Steven's help, narrowed the field down to the RAV4 Hybrid. At that point, we had to put things on hold until after April 18th, to see what tax payments were going to do for us. The delay didn't bother him at all, and he just said let him know when we were ready. 2 weeks later, with things all figured, we called him to let him know we were ready. He needed to find the car we were looking for, but had no problems finding it at another dealer. We came in to complete the paperwork in about 1 hour that night after he found exactly what we were looking for. The next day he went to pick our vehicle up, get it detailed, and delivered it to our house. He spent another hour explaining all the features, and helping us set it all up. We decided on a used Toyota for its fuel-efficiency and endurance. After trying a small used car dealership and not feeling like we were getting honesty we decided to go to a dealership. We worked with Steve at Wilsonville Toyota and from the very start it was such a different experience. He helped us find a Corolla that had just come on the lot but would need time to get detailed and the engine checked. Mom needed to get to Bend that day so he let us use a new car on the lot and even offered to drive the car we were buying to Bend, but we decided I could drive it there. When my Mom got to Bend, she found the same car but for 2,500 dollars less, and we decided to cancel the sale in Wilsonville and buy the car from the dealership in Bend. Steve assisted with this process and let her keep the car they loaned us in Bend until she could make the trip to Wilsonville a week later. He even went on-line to check out the new car in Bend and confirmed that it was a better deal. Honest, kind, and helpful - exactly what you need when buying a car. More

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and came to a stop and felt very welcome and at ease by this and when I stepped inside it was no different. Everyone was genuinely friendly and very helpful. I had a lot of questions going in but I didn't even have to ask them because they did and incredible job of explaining every last detail to me and not cutting any corners. Steven and Mike were the two primary people that I dealt with and they made the process easy and satisfying. It was my first time buying a new truck and I will definitely be returning to Wilsonville Toyota in the future. More

Great Experience I let the salesman know what I was looking for and he kept an eye out for me. When a Dodge diesel PU came in in trade, he called me right away and I I let the salesman know what I was looking for and he kept an eye out for me. Within 2 hours, I was the owner of exactly the vehicle I'd been looking for, detailed and license plates attached. The staff was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They even had a dog bed for Jo to sleep on, so he didn't have to stay in the car. More
