It was his day off, but I was told that they would call him to see if he could come in. He made it to the dealership in 15 minutes and we began our discussion. Steven Bailey understands Customer Service. He is friendly, professional, and very informative. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and then made excellent recommendations.
