I was very apprehensive about buying a car on line, let alone from a dealer in another state. We had been trying a buy a Highlander in Utah, but as far as I can tell Toyota does to sell Highlanders in U alone from a dealer in another state. So, I started looking in nearby states and found just the car we wanted about 6 hours away. I contacted the dealership via their website on a weekend, and Steven got back to me within about an hour and confirmed the vehicle was in stock and available to purchase. {I told him that we had had problems with dealerships telling us the cars were in stock and available but when we arrive at the dealership we are told that was an error and they do not have the car, but could they sell us something else? VERY FRUSTRATING!) Steven made me a quick video of the car and sent it to me just to prove the car was at his lot and available to purchase. We texted a few more times that day, he answered all texts in a short time frame. He was always very open and honest with me, he anticipated my questions and was always a few steps ahead of me and ready for any issues. I would recommend Steven to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. He will be on your side making the purchase very easy. More
