For last two years have purchased exclusively with Spokane of Subaru. Steven was fast friendly with no pressure for the purchase and really wanted to make sure we were satisfied before leaving. Our first visit Steve spent well over an hour showing us how to operate the car. On this list, since he knew us, he didn’t have to show us much on the Subaru and any questions we had, he answered to our satisfaction. Steven also made an appointment for a Q & A class and gave us notebooks to write any questions down we may have for the class. Spokane of Subaru lives up to the companies reputation of honesty and customer satisfaction. We will be back again. More

Steve was a straight-shooter, didn't drag anything out, and acted like a normal human, not a slick sales guy. I recommend working with him, and will return to him when I need another car. My only complaint would be the forced sales-pitch by the loan person. I didn't want any of the extra protection services/costs, but had to go through listening to them anyway. This part of the process feels like the typical car sales nonsense. I bought the car for my daughter, and when I didn't want the extra services got comments like, "she's just on her own then, huh?" The person was nice enough, and just doing what's required, but to that I say the dealerships should knock that stuff off. This was the reason for awarding them four instead of five stars. More

After narrowing down what the exact wants were over the matter of months, Steve Blue was there to help find the best way to get everything I wanted. He was patient with me which made my buying experience more pleasant when I decided to order my vehicle from the factory. Once my car was ordered he was in contact with me through every step.
