We were impressed by their connections with STCU and Costco, both businesses we also respect. Our salesman, Steve Blue, was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful from beginning to end. He really knows his cars and the purchasing process. We're very picky and have high expectations for such a large purchase, and he never disappointed. We had the car built with most of the available options. He kept us informed throughout the waiting period and the car arrived earlier than expected. He spent more than an hour teaching us hands-on how to use the many navigation, Eyesight, and technological options when we took delivery. No rushing. And, Mary Alexander was also very helpful processing the paperwork and thoroughly explaining documents and options when we made the purchase. Subaru of Spokane is a great place to do business. More

So after a little internet research, we settled on Subaru of Spokane. Looked online at their Certified Preowned vehicles, found one we liked and contacted Steve Blue. Went to the dealer and was met by Steve, found the car we looked at online, checked it out and test drove it. Steve was extremely helpful on the particulars of the Outback, drove back to the dealer and made it ours. No pressure and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. My last car! I have had 5 Subarus in my lifetime & one Toyota. After watching the ne Outbacks driving around town and seeing how much higher & bigger they appear I have had 5 Subarus in my lifetime & one Toyota. After watching the ne Outbacks driving around town and seeing how much higher & bigger they appeared to be we decided to investigate. My Rav4 had the height required for easy access for my hubby, but was getting up in mileage. We went to Downtown Subaru and dealt with Steve Blue. Steve showed us every available Forester & Outback, and we chose the comfort of the Outback. They didn't have the one we wanted in the color I wanted so he went on line. One was being delivered to a dealer on the coast & he made a trade with them. They picked it up & drove it back to Spokane. He came in on his day off Sunday so we could pick up the car and not have to wait another day. Steve's professionalism and knowledge of every aspect of the car was impressive. There were no hassles, no arguments, no high pressure. It was probably one of the better car buying experiences we had had. We had gone thru the Costco Auto Buying program & I would highly recommend it. Steve went through every feature of the car with me before he let us drive off.
