Steve arranged for a test drive for my son, and my son liked the car. Steve worked with me over the phone for all of the finance needs, and then my son signed the papers at the dealership, and then the papers were shipped overnight to me to sign. Even though I am over 1,200 miles away, Steve and Mary Alexander in finance, made me feel like a hometown neighbor during my great car buying experience. More

Salesman Steve Blue appeared busy when we arrived at the show room entirely unannounced, but stopped what he was doing and quickly focused his attention on us to provide the answers to our questions. We bought our vehicle through the Costco Auto purchase program, and Steve made the decision & purchasing process quite simple. He went above and beyond by staying late to finalize the purchase on the day our vehicle arrived, and even came back the following day on his day off to finish up the process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to ensure that we understood the vehicle and all of it's controls ect.Tyler in finance was pleasant and professional as well and working them both made the purchasing a breeze.
