Stress-free, pleasant experience Steve was waiting for us when we pulled up for a test drive. We got all the info we needed, enjoyed driving a test vehicle, and went home knowing a ca Steve was waiting for us when we pulled up for a test drive. We got all the info we needed, enjoyed driving a test vehicle, and went home knowing a car we might buy would be arriving at the dealership soon. The next day, with a decision made, we came back. Steve had gotten us an estimated offer for our trade-in before we came back. He was helpful getting the process started, then handed us over to Mike because Steve was helping with a fellow salesperson who had suffered an injury. Of course, we were fine with Steve helping his coworker! Mike was equal to the task of completing the sale, answering all our questions, and getting us ready to drive home in our new Highlander. We have nothing but good things to say about the folks at FAT which we had the pleasure of meeting. I'm delighted to note that the dealership is close enough to our home that getting all our maintenance done there will suit us just fine. More

He answered all our questions and worked diligently to track down a Highlander in one of our preferred colors with the features we wanted. We took delivery of the SUV only four days later and are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Steve Martinez was skilled and efficient in wrapping up everything for us in the finance area.
