When we got to the veterans dealership in Metaire Lousiana, we met with the sales representative Herbert. We have been dealing with Herbert at least for the past 7 years. His mannerisms was very awful, disrespectful and rude to me. I told him that I was interested in a brilliant blue GLE350 2021. He did not even want to check in this matter. He immediately told us the only color they had was what was on the parking lot. Than when we did do a test drive he showed me how to parallel park automatically. When I asked him to show me again second time. He told me he did not have the time to show me. He has other clients to see!!! I asked Herbert who am I, am I not a client? My husband were wanting to purchase a $70,000.00 and this is how I was treated. His behavior was deplorable. I do have an accent, I am not originally from New Orleans, but I’ve been living here for 30 years. Maybe Herbert thought I was okay to treat women in this manner especially women like me. More
