I really liked that he wasn't pushy and shared his details with us in case we'd come back from testing other brands. Eventually we settled on the GL300 and when we came back, Steven helped us immediately. The whole deal was done in about 1.5h and we drove the car off the lot that day! I'm really happy with the service of Mercedez-Benz and in particular Steven and Will, who took care of the financing. More
