I recently purchased my new Kia in Michigan, but when my first oil change came due while I was in Florida, I scheduled an appointment with Jenkins Kia of Crystal River. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Steve in the Service Department was friendly, attentive, and informative. He let me know about the dealership’s Black Friday special, which saved me some money — always a nice bonus! I chose to wait during the service and found the customer waiting area clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee, donuts, and a TV to pass the time. Once the service was complete, Steve reviewed the full checklist with me, explaining the results clearly. The complimentary car wash afterward was a nice perk and very much appreciated. Overall, great service and a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Jenkins Kia of Crystal River in the future. More
