Mazda of Kent was great. I was an out of state buyer for a hard to find 2023 Mazda cx-50 in a particular trim and interior/exterior combination. I dealt with 4 people, Sha I was an out of state buyer for a hard to find 2023 Mazda cx-50 in a particular trim and interior/exterior combination. I dealt with 4 people, Shane (sales consultant) Andrew and Amanda (finance) and Steven (general manager). Steven was very thorough with the whole leasing process for me and trade in process. Treated unfairly when purchasing a used vehicle. Sold vehicle to someone else after agreeing to sell to me the vehicle earlier in the day. I was told we had a deal and they had by bank information. They did call late in the day and said they accidentally sold vehicle to someone else by mistake that afternoon, but it did not do me any good . Not sure if they wanted to make more money off someone else and make more money on the deal since I was not financing it with them, but handled the deal very unprofessionally.I normally do not write reviews until today,but am so disappointed, I thought I needed to. If you want to buy online with this dealership, BE WARE. I will mention salesperson said he felt bad that it happened, however they need a better system if they are going to sell cars online. More

Had an amazing experience here at Mazda of Kent. Wasn't planning on getting a new car but Steven went over some numbers with me, made me a great offer for the lease I already had and promised to find the c planning on getting a new car but Steven went over some numbers with me, made me a great offer for the lease I already had and promised to find the car I really wanted. And even though it took some time and I thought it would be impossible based on the current market inventory, he was able to find one and made the whole deal happen. Horrible dealership! Stay away! I placed a deposit to hold a vehicle, and when the car was paid for and picked up the dealership did not credit back the deposit. I unfortunately was not able to be there hold a vehicle, and when the car was paid for and picked up the dealership did not credit back the deposit. I unfortunately was not able to be there at the time of pick up so I would have caught the error, however it took 2 weeks for someone to acknowledge the to the error and issue the credit. I was ignored with the hope I would forget about it. More
