He responded quickly to every question, he provided us with loads more information than any other dealership we went to, and he never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. We will be returning to Steven for all of our future car purchases. He has earned a customer for life. Regarding finance -- what a fun experience (never thought that would be something I would say about finance...)! Steven was able to find the exact vehicle model and color we were looking for and got it to the price we needed while also giving us a great value for our trade in. The dealership staff in general are extremely nice people, they want your buying experience to be enjoyable and stress free! We are from Bath MI and made the 3 hour trip to Lima because of Stevens efforts to get us in the car we wanted for the price we needed at a rate we couldn't turn down. We now have a brand new Pilot EX and are absolutely loving it!
