When I arrived, they offered to replace the cabin air filter, and I agreed. However, when it came time to pay, they included all three services on the bill. I pointed out to the young man that I wasn't supposed to be charged for the engine air filter, as that had been the prior agreement. To avoid an argument, he said he wouldn't charge me for the filter—though he didn't actually give me a receipt—so I just paid the amount he quoted.
