I arrived prior to my apt. Had my vehicle be taken to the services and was never given a ticket for my vehicle nor was I told the services dept would close at 3, or that Steven Had my vehicle be taken to the services and was never given a ticket for my vehicle nor was I told the services dept would close at 3, or that Steven would leave at 1. I arrived at 3:15 in the afternoon and I was told by the front desk the dept was closed and to come pick my vehicle up on the 26th of December. I was expected to leave my vehicle for 2 days. I had to ask for a manager, which ended up being in sales. All while Steven ignored my calls and my text messages. I had even requested a courtesy vehicle and was told no that Steven would have had to offer it. Finally after an hour and change and me telling the manager I not only needed my the vehicle due to work and having kids. But that I needed my car seats. Then I was told they could bring me my vehicle. More
