They expedited prep and detail so I could take delivery that day and they even took care of transferring my plate registration. I inquired about leasing a pilot through Roush’s website along with a few of the current promos. I fairly quickly received an email and text from Steven Newberry. He answered what questions I had and respon along with a few of the current promos. I fairly quickly received an email and text from Steven Newberry. He answered what questions I had and responded promptly. Next day I went to the dealership to meet Steven and look over the Pilot and some numbers, then walked out with my new Pilot. Steven made It a Straight forward, painless process, no troubles with my trade in and have been very pleased dealing with Roush on this purchase and with the service of our Odyssey. More
