I would love to say thank you to the whole service department for everything they have done. Over the years I have brought my vehicles to them to be worked on or serviced and have always had an A++ se department for everything they have done. Best Christmas Present EVER! My son and I went to a movie during the Christmas break and smelled a pungent odor that resembled natural gas. We both figured it was a gas leak some My son and I went to a movie during the Christmas break and smelled a pungent odor that resembled natural gas. We both figured it was a gas leak somewhere in the general area and didn't think anything about it. On the ride home however, the smell got worse and I noticed some hesitation while driving. That was when I was 89% certain my transfer case was about to go south. The next day I limped my Explorer to Walls Ford to drop it off and get it repaired. I was elated to find that it was still under warranty. Steve verified it and I decided to also get an oil change while it was there. When I went to pick it up 3 days later, the bill was $38.00 and it drives like new. Walls has consistently taken very good care of my and my wife's car. Exceptional service and an honest price. The crew there is top notch! More

Great dealership to do business with Since I first purchased my F-150 back in 2012 I have always brought it Walls Ford for service and maintenance issues. My experience with this dealership has been nothing but the best. I dealt mostly with Derek Roy and this was the first experience with Steven Freeman. I will say that all the employee's that work there are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, they really do care about their customers needs and the friendly atmosphere makes the trip worth while. More
