From routine maintenance like simple oil changes to emergency situations like a recent major brake repair job, I always leave feeling that I got the very best advice and service. All of the service advisors here are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and most important... trustworthy. Over the years Steven Freeman has overseen many of my major car repairs and always tries to make the experience as positive as possible. He is attentive to my busy schedule, providing a loaner when ever possible and also tries to keep my repairs within my budget. If something is a safety issue, he a manages to fit me in right away, has the situation analyzed quickly and makes sure it gets fixed promptly. Steven always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Having a service department like this one at Wall's that I can trust and someone like Steven, who I know I can depend on to provide the very best service possible gives me total peace of mind.
