Another great service experience with Walls Ford! I have been taking my 2010 Flex to Walls Ford for years now, and the service has been consistently excellent. The staff is professional, courteous and I have been taking my 2010 Flex to Walls Ford for years now, and the service has been consistently excellent. The staff is professional, courteous and go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. My car has 215,000 miles and counting, and I appreciate having a great service team to help me keep it going as long as possible. The occasional large expenses that pop up still beat a consistently large monthly payment. More

When I picked up, I walked in the wrong door and they again were very welcoming and professional. They took me where I needed to go and within a minute I was out the door with no issues whatsoever. I happened in to "look" at the possibility of buying a new vehicle some 3 and 1/2 years ago, and ended up buying a truck with which I am extremely pleased. Part of this good experience has been the service personnel, and their cooperation. Not to mention, Mr. Wall introduced himself to me as I was waiting on the day I made the purchase. He "thanked" me for doing business with his family. How much better can things get than that? More
