Jonathan was very helpful, and 95 % of my experience was excellent! I do feel as if it may have been an unnecessarily long process. But things get busy. So it’s atleast partially understandable. There was a misunderstanding when submitting the application, but it was handled. All in all. I’d come back, Jeff and Steve were both pleasant and willing to work with myself and my fiancé. We traded in a 2006 Honda Ridgeline, and upgraded to a newer Ridgeline in excellent shape. I appreciate the entire teams work. Thanks Heritage Honda! More
