I had been a faithful customer of a different car company for many years. After my late husband passed away the next car I needed to get was a horrific experience with that company. We a I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum from Ganley Nissan in Mayfield Heights. The experience was a blessing from start to finish! We arrived and were immediately greeted by Steven Hohs our salesmen who acted with integrity and went out of his way to meet our needs and serve us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, a good listener, and he went out of his way to answer all of my questions. Later the sales manager got involved, Brandon Boro who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Brandon was friendly, direct, and was very fair in regards to pricing. Brandon was even kind enough to give me a full set of winter mats! Finally we wrapped things up with Steve Bourbonnais the finance manager. Steve was informative, worked hard to get me a great rate, and I felt educated but not pressured. The entire sales process was a delight. We arrived unannounced, my mom and I left and had some lunch, upon our return the car was detailed, the gas tank was full, and the truck was ready to be taken home. We were also able to leave the Enterprise Rental Car we arrived in on the lot and Steve Hohs made sure the keys and car were returned safely as a courtesy. Finally, thanks again Ken Ganley for a great experience and serving my needs and my family again! I am grateful to be able to call you a friend. I told him what i was looking for and he found a car within minutes. He did not try selling me anything different. To be honest i really do not enjoy the car buying experience but it went very smooth. The next day i brought up my fiancee and she loved the car. Steve wrote up the info and handed me off to the credit manager Holly who also was very nice and friendly. After the paper work was done Steve went above and beyond helping and showing my fiancee all the new gadgets in the car. HE WAS GREAT. Would surely send my friends there. More
