We purchased a car from this dealership a few weeks ago. . A few days later, the car experienced an electric (battery) problem and was taken to the Gainesville office, where they are looking into it to res . A few days later, the car experienced an electric (battery) problem and was taken to the Gainesville office, where they are looking into it to resolve. We did get several calls from our dealership here in Ocala, to give us an update on the status of the specialist's inspection. we are still waiting for the problem to get fixed, but we can tell that they are doing their best to resolve it in a timely manner, and to keep us informed. Highly dissatisfied!!! I bought a 2020 Escalade from here on April 5th still do not have my tag, title and paperwork completed. Everyone passes the buck and blames someone else with no answers! I have spent on April 5th still do not have my tag, title and paperwork completed. Everyone passes the buck and blames someone else with no answers! I have spent $65k on a vehicle that I can’t even drive because I don’t have a tag for it! I have reached out several times and it’s always someone is going to call me back and yet they never give a solution…. I will never recommend this dealership and will let everyone I know hear my story! More
