Drove up to purchase a used EV after calling to confirm that they could process the irs used ev tax credit multiple times on the phone. When I got there I was told that they were unable to do this due to the system being down. They were also unwilling to fill out and submit the paper forms. They also added on a $650 appearance protection fee which is completely optional online and would not match the online price. And on top of all that they lost the ev charger. Completely dishonest and misleading business practices. More
