I just bought my first brand new vehicle ever. Lithia Toyota did not disappoint and my salesman, Steven Kahae, was the best! They ordered exactly what I wanted, it came in early and the day I pick Lithia Toyota did not disappoint and my salesman, Steven Kahae, was the best! They ordered exactly what I wanted, it came in early and the day I picked it up, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Steven answered all of my questions and took the time to show me how to use all of the new features I'm not used to having. Overall it was a good and easy purchasing experience. At moments communication was slow but if you’re proactive you get your questions answered. Lied to at every point during the purchase experience.
