We bought one vehicle on a Wednesday and was so happy that we went back and bought another one two days later. Jacob was our salesperson. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was very pleased with Ashton Thomason(would give him 5 stars) who was my sales person. He was helpful and answered any questions I had and was prompt in his replies to my inquiry. I have less kind things to say regarding George Khoury and Patrick (finance manager)- I was told one thing on the day I signed the papers and given a totally different story when I came to get the car less than 48 hours later. Soured the whole experience and should have been handled in a much different way. Honestly felt I should have walked away had I not given a down payment that I was not sure they would have returned. No one from my family will be using them again. More

By far this has been the best car buying experience. From Luca's prompt response to my online inquiry to Steven's patience with the financing. These guys both went out of their way to make sure I was happy and gave me that extra assurance that Edmond Hyundai was the right choice. With me living in another state, it was helpful that Luca took the time to make live videos of my vehicle and send so I could get a close up of both the exterior and interior. That's honestly what really sealed the deal! Then we had Steven who was patient with explaining everything to me. His efforts resulted in a lower interest and payment. Both Luca and Stephen were professional and provided excellent customer service. I'm extremely happy with my vehicle. I definently plan on returning for any future vehicle purchases. More
