I’m very disappointed & hope Steve resolves this issue or gives me my money back & I’ll find a place to do my alignment correctly. I called when I got home because my van doesn’t drive straight! The steerin gives me my money back & I’ll find a place to do my alignment correctly. I called when I got home because my van doesn’t drive straight! The steering wheel is crooked to the right slightly in order to drive straighter, but if I put the steering wheel straight, the van will pull to the left. My indicator light showing I’m on icy roads pops on after 10 to 20 miles cause the wheels aren’t aligned properly. I wonder if the mechanic took it for a test drive. If he had, he would have seen that the steering wheel wasn’t straight! I wasn’t happy with what Steve told me about the indicator light saying it had nothing to do with the alignment but he is WRONG! The indicator light came on because the car feels like it’s driving on icy roads due to the improper alignment! Lastly, whenever someone sets up an appointment, it would be nice if they told your customers that payment via credit card carries a 3% fee, instead of blindsiding them when they pull out their credit card to pay & then are told about this fee! Not a good way to do business. More

The service manager barely made eye contact and mumbled through the entire interaction. I felt as though I interrupted his day. I did not feel welcomed. The woman tending the waiting area was outstanding a through the entire interaction. I felt as though I interrupted his day. I did not feel welcomed.
