My daughter was home from college last weekend, and was headed back on Monday first thing. We recently purchased a used Ford Edge, and I wanted the radiator fluid flushed. I was trying to set something up headed back on Monday first thing. We recently purchased a used Ford Edge, and I wanted the radiator fluid flushed. I was trying to set something up for Saturday, but they don't have the techs to handle this on the weekend. Instead of just saying no, the service manager Steven was able to squeeze her in and get the work done. We were very appreciative, and it is why all 4 of my vehicles are serviced by Tri State exclusively. Thank you! More
