All the necessary repair was not made. Documents were not provided together with the key. I need to spend hours in the service to fix everything what suppose to be fixed. Price was raised unexpected by the adjustments which were not presented when customer picked up the car. Not professional. More

Services received were just as expected. One minor problem, one tire air valve cap was missing. The other three ties found all caps were very loose. So either the text failed to put one on or it was so loose it fell off. Outside of that the services were fine. I did request a military discount, but did not get one. Advance Auto parts gives me 10%. Thank you. More

Christina, Your opportunity to address this matter directly ended the day you chose to ignore my calls and texts, and left the dealership while I was in the parts department—where I discovered that none of the parts you claimed to have ordered were actually ordered 16 days ago. I have since had my car repaired elsewhere. During that process, I also removed the oversized, aftermarket yellow clip your mechanic installed without authorization during a warranty repair. That clip was unfit for my vehicle and should never have been used. It was inserted when your mechanic removed the fender to “fix” a harness that he himself had suggested repairing—an unnecessary action clearly intended to inflate warranty charges under the guise of a “possible fire hazard.” I never experienced any charging issues, and I mentioned that to both of you multiple times, despite what you documented. You are to return the fender part you ordered to Ford and cease any further attempts to claim or charge warranty work on my vehicle. As you look at the part, You know very well that the correct clips are white, not yellow. And you don't need to milk an extra $6xx dollars out of warranty to replace a clip with a proper OEM clip! As for the rubber trim that your mechanic damaged through careless installation, you will mail me a replacement part immediately so that I can have it professionally installed elsewhere. I will not ever be returning to Sunrise Ford for any reason. The repeated disregard for my time, the lack of basic communication, and the ongoing pattern of negligence and deception are unacceptable by you and by your manager Steven the king of gaslighting. The practice of breaking components during repairs to create further “warranty” work is not only unethical—it constitutes warranty fraud. I sincerely hope your service department is audited and held accountable for these actions so no more customers are held hostage of your service department for more than a month while endangering their life's driving away after trusting their vehicle your mechanic who leaves parts loose. You got -ZERO- quality control. More

Every time they fixed one part under warranty, they broke another part or left loose parts in the original repair. I had to come Warranty fraud?
